All of the following cakes can be made in 6",8",10",12",1/4 sheet and 1/2 sheet. However the Delice can only be made in an 8" size
Due to the high demand for our cakes and desserts please make sure to order in advance. We sell happiness and hate to see people disappointed when they could not find their favorite cake.

CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY BOMB
One of our most requested cake.
A moist dark chocolate cake, chocolate butter-cream, whole raspberries and a coating of rich chocolate ganache make a combination few can resist. Topped with a crown of fresh raspberries and contrasting scroll work, this cake looks as wonderful as it tastes.

THE DELICE
Here you will find two layers of chocolate cake, layered with a New York style cheesecake and European chocolate butter cream.
Just to make sure you can't resist we top it with our famous ganache, made with our imported Belgian chocolate.
CHOCOLATE ORANGE
Rich dark chocolate cake layered with European chocolate butter cream and mandarin oranges. Finished with chocolate shavings and mandarin oranges on top.
CHOCOLATE MOCHA
Rich dark chocolate cake layered with European mocha butter cream. Finished with chocolate shavings and topped with our mocha beans.

VANILLA ORANGE

FRUITED EURO
European vanilla sponge cake with European vanilla butter cream and a layer of fresh fruit. Finished with vanilla butter cream and toasted cake crumbs on the outside and topped with the same fruit.
EUROPEAN PINA-COLADA
Three layers of our European sponge cake brushed with pineapple juice. Two layers of pineapple chunks and European vanilla butter cream. Finished with the same butter cream and shaved coconuts, topped with chunks of pineapple.
EUROPEAN MOCHA RUM
3 layers of light European sponge cake brushed with just a touch of dark rum then filled and covered with our signature European butter-cream.Topped with our imported espresso flavored Belgian chocolate beans.

LEMON
Traditional lemon cake layered with lemon European butter cream and our lemon curd. Finished with the same butter cream and topped with our fresh lemon curd.
LEMON BLUEBERRY

Our apple spice cake with a caramel cream cheese filling and frosting. This is a wonderful moist cake but it is more suited for the fall and winter season due to its heavy consistency. You will find this cake in our showcase only during these seasons.
